Maenam Beach really is unspoilt and a stunning beach to stay at. It has all the Samui staples of golden sand and cool blue water, but it also has a lot of very affordable beachfront hotels and beach huts. The beach waters get deep quickly which makes for excellent swimming. You should be careful in rougher weather, as there can be currents in the water at Maenam Beach.
